Most children grow up mentally healthy, but these days it has become more common for children and young people to have problems with their mental health - especially for those who are in care. This course will help create an awareness of mental health and how we can help children and young people who have mental health problems. The course will identify the most common types of mental health issues, and the types of treatment and interventions that are available to young people who need them.
